F.L.SISTEM was founded in 1991 as a company which bases itself around ("First Level Support") in the implementation, installation, and maintenance of banking application solutions from leading worldwide software providers.
F.L.SISTEM is approved as an official SWIFT Service Bureau (FLSSB) that provides services to SWIFT users regarding the hosting and operating SWIFT connectivity components or complete installation of the certificated SWIFT interface.FLSBB is a reliable and cost-effective way of connecting institutions to SWIFTNet through a secure VPN channel that is established between a client and the FLSSB. 
FL-SISTEM SWIFT Service Bureau awarded SWIFT Operational Assurance Label. In March 2010 SWIFT Partner Management has awarded the Shared infrastructure label to FL-SISTEM, in recognition of its full compliance with the 2010 criteria for the Operational Assurance label. The purpose of labeling shared infrastructure providers is to encourage and recognize providers that meet higher standards of resiliency and security to make it easier for users to identify the best providers and have confidence that they meet very strict quality levels.
SWIFT's Operational Assurance labelling encourages and rewards providers such as FL-SISTEM that meet high standards of resiliency and security.
The Operational Assurance label validates bureau infrastructure thorough background checks on compliance with key operational requirements covering Availability, Security and Access Control, Telecommunications, Integrity and Change Management.
FLSSB’s Business Continuity Plan ensures that operations keep a high level of reliability and non-redundant disaster recovery site is provided located on separate premises to ensure that its fallback solution remains unaffected by unforeseen incidents on the primary infrastructure.
Our activities include sales support and organized training for our partners' products.
Our aim is to present new solutions and developments from the international banking software industry, and also their realization and implementation, to the Croatian domestic marketplace.
