SIDE Reporting offers a solution complementing SWIFTAlliance Access to allow you to quickly and easily do all this and more.
SWIFTAlliance Message Repository The SIDE Reporting Database application continuously extracts copies of messages and events from the SWIFTAlliance system and inserts them into a SQL relational database. All message and processing history data are made immediately available for a variety of functions, including Reporting for reports and statistics, Watchdog for control and alarms, and Viewer to search extended periods for SWIFTAlliance messages and Events.
SIDE Reporting Unlike other tools on the market, SIDE can produce reports based on any message information found in SWIFTAlliance. The SIDE Reporting module is pre-configured with 50 standard reports based on Audit functions, Message Types, Traffic, Watchdog and Events. All reports are created using Seagate Crystal Reports, and with a little training, users can easily add new, or modify existing reports.
SIDE Watchdog With standard notifications that can be turned on or off (e.g. NAKs, Duplicates, OSN Gaps) SIDE Watchdog is a valuable monitoring tool. Watchdog can also be configured to generate alarms based on several message and event parameters, e.g. currency, amount, BIC, input/output.
SIDE Viewer SIDE Viewer provides message search, display and printing capabilities similar to those of SWIFTAlliance. However additional benefits of this module are; that the message history period can be much longer, that messages can be investigated by users not defined within SWIFTAlliance and that SWIFTAlliance can be free from resource consuming message investigations.
